Borgstena is engaged in implementing a Personal Data Protection System and an Information Security System, to ensure legal compliance and to demonstrate or evidence its institutional responsibility in the area of data protection and information security, implementing all the technical and organisational measures necessary for compliance with the general legal regime of the current Data Protection Law, as well as for Compliance with the special legal regime of the General Data Protection Regulation, applicable as from 25 May 2018.
